Lee Chan Hae

Chan Hae Lee is a highly decorated and award-winning composer. Her work has been commissioned and performed in numerous world-class venues, such as Carnegie Hall in New York, and the London City Symphony Orchestra. She studied for her Master’s and Doctoral degrees course work at The Catholic University of America and was of distinguished service as a Professor, and Scholar at UC Berkeley and Oakland University, as well as The Paris Music Conservatory. She has been recognized as one of the “Outstanding Women of the 21st Century” by the America Biography Institute and many of her compositions can be found in prominent musical papers and reviews worldwide. She is a passionate leader in the Arts Community and brought her vision for a world-class Arts Institute to Cambodia, in 2013. She is committed to creating an environment where young creatives can grow and flourish. Through her leadership and generosity, she has made it possible for many students to pursue careers in the Arts, and thus grow and expand not only their own lives, but also enrich their local communities, and the country as a whole.
